Hello and Happy Friday,

The children have been working hard in their choosing time, with lots of independent writing.

We have continued in our RWI groups, books are changed weekly. Please can you ensure book Bags are in school daily.

In Maths. we have been looking at comparing quantities and saying who has more  and who has the fewest. The children particularly enjoyed making tally charts of their friends favourite food and counting and comparing the numbers.

We explored what happens to ice and how to rescue our frozen animals.

The children have particularly enjoyed learning the signs to this song in Worship.

Please read books and sound cards. We will soon be moving onto set 2 sounds. So if you can reinforce the Set 1 sounds we would appreciate your support.

Please can we ask the children do not come into the sapphire playground before school and wait behind the gate.

Can the children please bring in or email a Winter/snow picture.

Wednesday – ST George’s House ( red ) can wear own clothes.   ( The children’s contact book has a sticker to identify their house colour)
