Hello and Happy Friday.
This week has flown by.
Monday we enjoyed watching West Kingsdown’s got talent. Well done to those in Sapphire that took part that took a lot of courage.
This week the children had an opportunity to meet their new teacher Mrs Temp.
We saw our caterpillars turn into butterflies and have been busy learning all about the life cycle.
In Maths, we have been busy ordering our numbers to 10 (and beyond if we can) and practicing our number
formation.
In RE, we enjoyed the story of ‘The Thirsty Camel’ which is a Muslim story about showing respect.
We have enjoyed exploring within our continuous provision time.
Monday: Please come to school in you PE kit.
If anyone has any large empty plastic bottles we would appreciate any donations as we are going to make a bug hotel as part of DT week.
Please read and practice your set 2 sounds.
Please go on a minibeast hunt and write a list of all the creatures that you can find.
Please spend 10-15 minutes on Mathseeds.
House points up for grabs.
Thank you for the very creative Butterflies last week.
Have a lovely weekend.
